CFP Mission: Our mission is to create a CrossFit community that helps people at every age and every stage in their life realize their fitness potential and live happier and healthier lives. We know that being part of CrossFit is not a fad; it's a life changing experience. It has affected each our lives in areas where we least expected it. Whether it's taking care of the grand kids or playing with your kids at the park. Planting a garden or on the hockey rink, adventure race course, fire hall or the boardroom... . CrossFit has shown us time and time again to never give up. We have learned that anything is possible. Where else other than a CrossFit gym do you find retirees, firefighters, dentists, real estate agents, teenagers, and housewives sweating together, encouraging each other to do their very best in a workout of the day (WOD).
This makes CrossFit the best method of training for all individuals from beginners to Olympic athletes.

CrossFit Is: Constantly varied, functional movement, executed at high intensity.
The CrossFit Community has taken what works best and eliminates what doesn't. If an exercise provides superior results it stays in the program, if not it is banished to the scrap heap. CrossFit is what remains. Bar none, it is the most effective fitness program. The magic is in the movements, the results are in the intensity.
CrossFit POISE is just a fraction of a revolution in fitness, based on movements, not muscles. We don't want you to use machines; we want you to become one. We want fitness that comes in handy in our real, everyday lives, we want to live a long, high-quality life, and we want to look good in our jeans while we do it.
